Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova offers an inspiring setting in the heart of Turku for your conferences, seminars, lectures, training days, private events and celebrations. Smaller events are a good fit for the museum's unique conference facilities, the Billiard Room and the Factory. St Anne's chapel offers a unique venue for festivities. The museum's lobby area with M Kitchen & Café is available for private reservation before 11 am and after 7 pm. M Kitchen & Café handles all catering for conferences and celebrations.
Adjacent to the museum's main entrance is the Factory, a multifunctional facility with easily movable furniture to fit your needs. Here you can hold a conference, workshop, product demonstration or even a festive dinner. The room holds a maximum of 45 people (with chairs only), 40 people in theatre mode and 24 for festivities (two long tables).

The palace's top floor holds the Billiard Room, a conference and event facility for 22 people with a spectacular view over the rooftops of Turku. It is a perfect fit for smaller events.

St Anne's Chapel
The ecumenical chapel of St Anne, located in Aboa Vetus, offers a unique environment for festivities.
The facilities are priced according to the duration of the event:
- 200 € / less than two hours
- 250 € / two to four hours
- 300 € / over four hours
The use of St Anne's Chapel includes an extra fee of 100 € per event, regardless of the number of participants (this does not include entrance tickets to the rest of the museum).
These prices are valid from 9 am to 7 pm. If the event starts earlier or continues after 7 pm, an extra 50 € per hour is charged for janitorial services.
M Kitchen & Café
Conference and event catering, as well as lunch services, are available from M Kitchen & Café, operating adjacent to the museum.
